About Us

Tercet Matcha is a Nigerian wellness brand built around one ingredient: premium ceremonial-grade matcha. We created it for Nigerian women who want real support with energy, focus, weight management and a PCOS-aware lifestyle, without the hype that fills most of the wellness market.

Why we started

Most weight-loss and “detox” products sold in Nigeria promise fast, dramatic results. Most of them cannot back those promises up, and many leave people feeling like they failed when the product did not work. We wanted to do the opposite: sell a high-quality product, explain honestly what it can and cannot do, and teach the habits that actually move the needle.

What we believe

• Your body is not the problem. Weight gain, cravings and low energy, especially with PCOS, have real biological reasons. Explicable things are changeable.
• Matcha is a support, not a cure. It works alongside good food, sleep, movement and medical care, never instead of them.
• Honesty builds trust. We separate what research supports from what customers report, and we never promise results we cannot stand behind.
• Wellness should feel local. Our recipes and guidance are built around Nigerian kitchens and Nigerian routines, from zobo to coconut rice.

Our matcha

We source ceremonial-grade (5A) matcha selected for freshness, taste and consistency. Because matcha is the whole stone-ground tea leaf, you drink the leaf itself, which gives you more of the compounds green tea is studied for: EGCG, a catechin researched for its effect on inflammation and insulin sensitivity, and L-theanine, which supports calm, steady focus.

Many of our customers tell us they came back to Tercet after trying cheaper options, because they preferred the taste and the consistency. We are proud of that.

More than a product

When you buy Tercet you also get our guidance. Our WhatsApp community shares recipes, routines and practical education on blood sugar, cravings and PCOS-aware living, so you are not figuring it out alone.

Where to find us

We are based in Lagos and deliver across Nigeria. You can also find Tercet at selected partners including Medplus Pharmacy, Purelife Pharmacy and Delis Grocery (Victoria Island) in Nigeria, and MediMart Pharmacy and Top-Up Pharmacy in Ghana.
