Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms apply when you use matcha.ng or buy from Tercet Limited (“Tercet”, “we”, “us”), a company based at Adenekan Salako Close, Lagos, Nigeria. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Health Disclaimer.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
2. Products and information
We work to describe our products accurately. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may change. Our content is general wellness education, not medical advice. Our products are food products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (NGN) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners, Paystack and SeerBit. We do not see or store your full card details.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
5. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
Because our products are food, we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered. Damaged, incorrect or faulty orders are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Promotions and reviews
Discounts and promotions are subject to their stated conditions and may end at any time. Reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results. If you post a review or comment, you give us permission to display it, and you agree not to post anything unlawful, misleading or offensive.
8. Intellectual property
The Tercet name, logo, content, recipes and images on this site belong to Tercet Limited or its licensors. You may share links to our content, but you may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Lagos State, without affecting your right to use consumer complaint channels.
